New to OSCAR, setting changes? Should I be using Auto?

New to OSCAR, setting changes? Should I be using Auto?
I have been using Resmed Aircurve 10 vatuo for close to a couple years.  After some less then helpful interactions with my provider I have decided to try and dive into this to take responsibility for my own sleep therapy.  I am completely green and literally just imported data but one thing I noticed was that my mode is set to S instead of Auto.  What would the reasoning be for that?

Grateful for any advice, info, or tips anyone would provide.  I'm starting to dig through the forum but there is so much it is a little overwhelming.  My current pressure settings are 18/10.  Not really even sure what exactly to provide to reference.  I don't think I am having a particularly bad experience with sleep right now but just want to make sure I'm doing the best I can!  Looking forward to learning!

Welcome

Yes, set your machine to Vauto mode.

Turn ramp off.  You don't need it anymore, and it robs you of therapy.

Raise your Ipap to 22, as you are constantly at the 18 you present have set.

Again, welcome, and best wishes for achieving great therapy and comfort!  Smile

Vauto mode will show Flow Limits statistics.
You had clusters of events around 2am
A soft cervical collar would be a huge help.

I see that cluster you are referring to. I do not see that clustering as a common occurrence looking through other past records.  I am a variable and mobile sleeper.  Mostly side and stomach, occasionally back.  I am not familiar with the cervical collar.  What is the idea there?

Soft cervical collars try to stop you from chin tucking and cutting off your airway like a kinked garden hose.
