welcome Larrydude. unfortunately we all have issues or had issues at some point. I dont see Nothing wrong with posting your experience. you will get great feedback from members. But keep in mind they are not Dr. one person posted an issue I was having and I am glad someone answered because helped resolve my issue. I hope you find your answers to your problems. wish you luck.

Been kinda busy and not online...still fighting doctor for copy of prescription. Still need to get a card. Thanks again

Others more knowledgeable than I will come along to help. In the meantime, be aware that HIPPA law says you are entitled (say again, ENTITLED) to receive a copy of your prescription and your sleep study. You don't have to ask meekly, you can gently insist. Lotsa help here via the OSCAR software. Keep at it and don't give up. DOT aside, your health is at stake.
