New to the board, not CPAP.

RE: New to the board, not CPAP.
Thanks for the reply.

I mean I slept pretty good today. It was more enjoyable in a way that I was able to sleep more than usual. Energy wise tomorrow should be a good day to measure that since I work. So you suggest to keep it pressure set at 16 for a while correct? What would be the next step?

Do you think I would see any benefit to using a cervical collar at all?

RE: New to the board, not CPAP.
At this time there is no reason to even try a cervical collar.

We have found a good safe pace for you, that being at 16 fixed.  Remember this.
Hold here, fixed 16, for several days
slowly lower the pressure next 15 fixed, for several days
lower again and repeat.

Your pressure when we started was fairly high and without any real indication of significant obstructive events
Thus this is an experiment (titration) to slowly lower your pressure to see where you begin to see obstructive events.  Very important is for you to evaluate the most comfortable pressure for you.  So basically of all the pressures from 16 going down, you will end up choosing 1 to keep.  Keep a log book so you do know.

Try 14 fixed. I assume you had no issues with 15.

RE: New to the board, not CPAP.
This is from last nights and the night before;

I understand that it might be to soon to see results but last nights results just left me kind of wondering at what point of me keeping going down will I finally start feeling better.

Thanks for your patience and knowledge guys. You guys are doing gods work!
