New user still experiencing fatigue one month in.
Ok trying this again as I posted the wrong info before, will delete my other profile.
Diagnosed with mild sleep apnea but was advised to try CPAP due to extreme fatigue. Slim 40 year old female now awaiting jaw surgery to fix my airway issue.
I've been using my machine since May 21. I've changed masks 3 times and settled on a P30i which helps me fall asleep comfortably.
I've increased the pressure a few times (see below) but still experiencing fatigue and needing naps. I'm feeling desperate.
Machine: Lowenstein prisma smart max
Mask Make & Model: AirFit P30i Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask from ResMed
Humidifier: Lowenstein prisma aqua
CPAP Pressure: Originally 4-20. Changed to 6-20 and then 8-20 a few days ago to try and improve.
