Newbie - Help with tuning
Hello Everyone!

I've been working on my health and CPAP is a very important part of it for me. I have been going at this alone for a couple months or so now and I am so glad I have found y'all. I have been reading and such but think it's time to seek my own settings help. For reference, I started with untreated AHI of 75 and am really happy to be under 10 now, but I would really like to be below 5 at some point. Unfortunately I am having some back issues and sleeping flat on my back is not possible right now. This causes me some leaks from sleeping on my side. I have a new mask coming tomorrow (pillows) that should help with that.

Here is my OSCAR screenshot. Thank you in advance for your help!

Nasal Pillows did a world of difference for my leak issues and side sleeping. Finally broke below 5 AHI last night!!!
