Newbie here - do I need higher pressure or BIPAP?

Newbie here - do I need higher pressure or BIPAP?
Hi everyone, I've been using CPAP for about a month. I'm still on my free trial from a Resmed provider.

While I have noticed some improvement in my symptoms, I'm still experiencing fragmented sleep, tiredness, night sweats, etc.

My question is does anyone see evidence in my Oscar data that I could benefit from higher pressure or BIPAP?

I also have a chronic fatigue syndrome diagnosis so that could also account for some of my symptoms that are not resolving with CPAP.

I think I fall more on the UARS end of the spectrum and that my system responds with arousal to the slightest drop in air pressure, which I believe is making it hard for me to get into REM.

TIA for any advice!  Smile

PS - apologies if my OSCAR data is not presented properly, or if more or different data would be helpful
