I received a check today from the Philips Settlement Administrator for $155.63.   Their letter said it was for my Device Payment Award and my Device Return Award I assume that this was for the Dream Station that I returned to them after the recall although, I thought that the award was supposed to be $100.00?   They did not include anything for my Device Replacement Award that should have been $974.99 for my cost for my replacement CPAP.  Hopefully they are sending another check...

Oldsteve- Did you ever receive payment for the Device Replacement Award? 

I'm in the same boat as you I finally received a Mastercard Debit card yesterday 12/23 for $155.63 but nothing about the Device Replacement Award yet. I applied for just over $1K for the replacement Resmed machine I bought myself during the specified timeframe.

Ditto. Received the $155.63 direct deposit on 12/23. I'm also waiting for device reimbursement but have heard nothing since sending in the required documentation.

I just got an email from Philips but never had a login or password with them which is required to view the message. I requested a "password change" and assume the email it came from is the one I use to login. I'm still waiting for the password....

Password reset emails typically will go to whatever you have registered, as in this case with Philips Respironics. The FROM will only indicate who or what sent the reset email. This sounds like it's being sent to an email you're not looking at, not using, or it went into a Spam folder.

I formerly used the Philips Trilogy Evo ventilator, and now use the Lowenstein Luisa ventilator.  I have noticed that the bacterial filters I use between the machine and the humidifier do not get dirty near as quickly with the Lowenstein ventilator as they did with the Philips ventilator.  Coincidence?
