FYI Out of curiosity I tried to log on the recall website. Was told my confirmation number was invalid. So I followed up by email
Me "
I have not heard anything. When I tried the confirmation number lookup, I was told that it was invalid. What should I do now?"
They replied "Thank you for contacting the Philips Respironics CPAP Class Action Settlement Administrator.
Claim Processing is currently in progress. If your claim requires additional information to complete processing, you will receive a Deficiency Notice with complete details on what additional information is required and how to submit that information. When claims are approved, payments will be issued on a rolling basis.
At this time, we do not have a date when individual claims will be fully processed and when deficiency notices or payments will be sent.

I still haven’t heard anything.

I never tried to initiate a replacement or refund for my Dreamstation when this all started as I was struggling with long term depression and was suicidal (again) at the time.
A couple of years ago I underwent another sleep apnoea test and the results showed no significant apnoea events.. so I no longer need yo use a CPAP machine.
However I had already stopped using my machine not long after the Dreamstation issue started.
Tonight I'm going through my CPAP gear to see what can be sold and what to bin.
I still have the machine with the humidifier and power supply, used and new air hoses, a new F20 mask with frame and headgear.. etc.
Doing this tonight prompted me to check in on this thread and see if people had a resolution or were still trying to get blood from the stone called Philips Respironics.
I think trying to tackle PR to seek compensation would have pushed me over the edge back then.
In the last year I've finally caved and started on antidepressants, life isn't perfect - but it's a lot better than it was.
But I still won't be bothering to seek restitution from PR.. my peace and mental health is more important.

Well… no new updates.
They’ve updated the information from “spring 2025” to “Summer 2025” for when payments should (continue) to go out and I’m still owed something close to a grand out of the MDL settlement.
Grumble…
