No reports after new S9 model

No reports after new S9 model
Hi! I've been using OSCAR with RESMED S9 Autoset.  This machine kaput last June 13th.  I bought a S9 Elite to replace. I created a new profile for OSCAR but since then OSCAR does not produce reports. Looks like there is no data, even after importing data from Card.
I run OSCAR on a Macbook with CATALINA version of OS.
Anything I could have set erroneously on OSCAR or S9?
Thanks.

1. Did you lock your SD card? The S9 gets very unhappy when computer operating systems write files to it.

2. Did OSCAR say that it imported any data, or did it say you were already up to date when you first tried to load data? See "Help, I'm running macOS Catalina and OSCAR won't import anything from my SD card!" at http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php..._Apple_Mac

...and make sure you're running OSCAR 1.1.1.

1) Yes, I always lock SD card when using OSCAR (on Macbook) or RESCAN (on Windows).

2) I'm running OSCAR 1.1.1 (MAC) and RESCAN 5.9 (DELL). When importing data OSCAR msg is: Already up to date with CPAP DATA at /Volumes/RESMED.  Dont-know

Check whether the date and time and clock are set correctly on the new machine.

This timestamp; Are you setting the time and date in the S9's menus?

Yes, in OPTIONS/Date.  It always returns to 1 Jan 2008. Today it is not accepting that I change date to Jun 20, 2020. I receive msg saying that there is already data for this period but OSCAR cannot find any data.

RE: No reports after new S9 model
I would suggest you wait until after noon, and then set the time before you set the date. The Resmed data day runs from noon until noon, so if you used it last night, you will have data recorded on the 20th. However, when you look with OSCAR, you should look on the 19th, because Resmed and OSCAR both assume you started to sleep before midnight.

It sounds like the calendar battery has run out. By now it must be five years old. The machine may keep its clock going if you don't turn it off or unplug it during the day; just let it go idle all day. - I'm not sure if that will work, but it is easier than finding somebody to replace a dead battery.

After setting the date and time, are you totally powering down the S9? The reason I ask, is that there is an onboard battery that might need replacing. Take out the SD card and try setting the date and time. If you get the same message, perform a default restore. I can not remember the exact name for this option. It is in the clinician menus.

RE: No reports after new S9 model
Thank you.  My local time is GMT-3.  As you said, I first set the clock and then the data.  It worked.  I unplugged the S9 and time and date returned to 00:00h Jan 1 2008.  Looks like it is a battery problem.  I set time and date again and will let S9 plugged until tomorrow to see if battery is really dead.  Anyway, this machine is brand new as I bought it from a dealer last June 14th. If tomorrow morning when I unplug S9, time and date get back to the past I will return it to the dealer.
Thank you again.  Will give you notice tomorrow.
