Another thought to consider:

During your acid events, if you can do so, try to lay on your left side. It can lessen the acid effects. I suffer from GERD (acid reflux, mine can be severe at times) and sleeping on the left can make a difference.

RE: Noob here, help appreciated!
From last night. Think things are improving well as I get more acclimated to sleeping with the cpap. Still swallowing a bunch of air at night but hopefully that will subside over time. Felt rested this morning.
