Not feeling refreshed.

Hi everyone.

I have sleep apnea, but I still feel unrefreshed. I have a nasal mask.

CPAP pressure is fine (I checked with OSCAR). (I use 8-15), but it never reaches 15, so clearly the pressure is enough)

However, I have high mask leasks during a portion of the night. Large Leak 18.45 %.

I bought a chin strap that I should receive today by amazon. (Maybe the issue is mouth breathing?)

I use a nasal mask. I sleep on the side.

Welcome to the forum...

You will really need to post some charts from OSCAR to get much help on the forum.   If you have already loaded it all you will need is an SD card.

Sure, I have OSCAR. But which screen shot do you need? There is a lot of them, it is a bit overwhelming and I can only post 3 images.

Also, I think a potential cause of leakage is I sleep on the side and the pillow pushes against my mask.

Try not to chase numbers, but how you feel.
Can you post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted?
