Hello - new to the board, getting started with OSCAR. I have a Resmed Airsense 11 AutoSet. I downloaded data from my machine to an SD card and imported into OSCAR. I only see data in the AHI, Usage, Session times, and Pressure graphs. All other graphs are all blank. When I look at the Daily Details tab the Event Breakdown section shows "0.0!" and a note saying "this day just contains summary data, only limited information is available". Screen shot attached.
I have rebuilt the database with the same result. I have also exported and reloaded data from my machine on multiple days and it does add the new data each time, so the SD card is not corrupted. It just seems like I am not getting the full detail transferred.
Is this a limitation of the Airsense 11 AutoSet? Is there a setting on my machine I am missing to get the data out? Are there an OSCAR setting I am missing on import?
Any help is appreciated. I am excited to see what I can get out of OSCAR, but as it is now I get more from my Resmed MyAir app.

the way it is written it sounds like you put the card in and downloaded after sleep. if i got that wrong i apologize. the machine does not store data. the card must be in the machine and stay there to get the info while you're sleeping.. does this help?

Thanks for the replies! No - I did not have it in the machine while in use. I inserted it while not in use and let it download to the card. So if I understand you correctly I should leave the card in my machine all the time and just take it out to download the data to OSCAR. I figured it was user error somehow - thank you both!
Correct. Keep the SD card in the machine, especially overnight. Then take it to the computer to load into OSCAR. Remember to take the SD card back to the CPAP after.

your doctor should still get all the info thru airview because sending the data to the doc over the air is separate from you and the sd card. if the card isn't in the machine the doc will get the info, if the card is in the machine you will too get the info on the card.
