I'm not even sure what to ask. I'm really just trying to see if I'm using my CPAP correctly and whether it is benefitting me.
I have tried many masks and feel most comfortable with the Philips Dreamwear with Nasal Cushion. The small size cushion worked for a while, until it didn't. Then the medium size cushion started working well. I also tried the Nasal Cushion with Silicone Pillows small and medium. Some nights those seem ok, and some not.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on what I should be thinking about or exploring, based on my data readings.
It all looks to be doing well. I think one change might make it feel better. EPR to 3 and keeping full time. The pressure needs to increase as is automatically before EPR can reduce 3, because the CPAP can only mechanically go down to 4 cmH20 as the minimum pressure. Pressure min 7 minus EPR 3 equals 4.

Hi, thanks so much for taking a look and taking the time to reply. Can I confirm what you are suggesting? According to my screenshot, it seems like my EPR setting is full time, at level 3. Are you suggesting to change the EPR level to 4?
