OSCAR CA Understanding

OSCAR CA Understanding
I've been doing quite well until last night, although I feel like I slept just fine.  I see a few more than normal CA events and I'm wondering if where I've put the red circles indicate I am awake before the event and that would turn invalidate it.  I know the last 3 cluster CA event I was awake, I was comfortable and didn't want to get up yet.

Just wondering if I should be worried or not and trying to figure out how to read my results.

Pressure was Autoset for Her 5.8-8.4

Nothing to be worried about regardless. 0.88 AHI is great and the odd CA is to be expected, everyone has them. If you start having 5-10 AHI CA's then that is an indication they are a problem, 0-3 usually is not and more so just an indication of an off night.

The red circles are far enough ahead of most of the CA's with normal sleep like breathing in between. The red circles appear to be some sort of sleep disturbance causing arousal although it looks for the most part temporary.

RE: OSCAR CA Understanding
As mentioned, a 0.88 AHI regarding CA is just reflecting common breath pauses. It's too low to be a concern or to require changes to your PAP therapy or settings.

Conversely if I were to be on an AutoSet, my Central AHI would be about 20.0, so really this low level CA isn't worth the concern. That doesn't mean not to ask, just that is part of common breath patterns and if not for OSCAR and your PAP you'd not be aware of this small amount of CA.

I don't think you were awake, a minor arousal, but not to the point of waking. You are under one!!! Definitely nothing to worry about.
