OSCAR Data interpretation request

HI - I am really new to CPAP therapy and while I am starting to see the benefits, I am a bit worried with my AHI slowly increasing day by day. 

For the past few months, it was always below 0.4, but suddenly for the last 3-4 days, its going beyond 1 

Felt maybe best that I nip it while it is still low and got the OSCAR data extracted. I do notice that it is weirdly around the same time in the night (between 00:15 and 00:45) but I dont know much apart from that.

I took the screenshot as per guidelines (hopefully I did everything right). There were 14 graphs in total so took 2 screenshots

Any and all advice is much appreciated! Thank you so much!!
