OSCAR Questions

Hi all!  I am new to CPAP and had a question about my OSCAR data.  My AHI is good, but my Flow Rate has a funny shape with some spikes.  What does this mean?  I have attached a zoomed out and zoomed in version.  I am mostly curious about UARS and if those indicate restriction without a flagged event. Any input would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

I think most of your problems are with flow limits.  flow limits are apnea just like O and H events but they are not long enough to become a H or O event.(must last at least 10 seconds to count) And they don't count in the AHI.


We use EPR to help with flow limits.  AND we need room to use EPR.   

To use EPR set it to full time
EPR 3
and to give it room to work we need to set the min to 7

Give it a try and post again tomorrow.
