One minute, forty five second unflagged event

One minute, forty five second unflagged event
I don't recall seeing something like this.  The unflagged event in the attached OSCAR capture lasted for one minute and forty five seconds.  Obvious flow limit, pressure increase  in response, significant drop in SpO2, recovery tidal volume, but no flag other than the SpO2 drop.

Please hide the calender and pie chart and post a whole night, the device settings are needed to be seen.

The event was probably headed to a hypopnea, wonder why is wasn't marked already.  You hade a recovery gasps and you settled down quickly afterwards, did your SpO2 recovery quickly also?

The flow limitations, especially the flattened tops, drove your pressure up and may have opened your airway up more, or you shifted your position and took a deep breath.

Your flow limits are high, are you using EPR?
Can't see the device settings.

Great analysis by jdougc.

It is interesting to see the "lag" between both when the flow limitation starts to occur and the drop in your spo2.  Also, there is another "lag" from when you start recovery breathing until your spo2 returns to roughly normal.

It looks like roughly a minute (60 seconds) or so lag time.

I remember Red (Crimson Nape) talking about this once. It takes time for the blood to circulate through the body from the lungs before it reaches the sensor (usually on a finger), so there is a lag time on the spo2 reading both after the event and after the recovery.

Full night posted.

It wasn't a normal night.  I'm usually showing an AHI around 1 or less.  I'm not concerned about it or looking for assistance.  I just posted that one event as a curiosity because that is the first time in years of use that I've seen an event of that magnitude with no flag.  The machine registered the flow limit - for over a minute - and responded with increased pressure, but didn't flag it.   I've posted a second capture that shows a typical night for me.

It would be helpful to see the hidden data by collapsing the calendar.

Have you tried standard response in the therapy? Some others have indicated by their description that soft response may hinder the action taken against events.

ResMed does such a bad job scoring flow limitations, I'm surprised that it got flagged at all.
With my flow limits usually scored under 1, areas of my flow rate chart look bad, and are not even flagged as flow limits.
I don't recall one being of your duration though.
