One month CPAP. Still feeling terrible. Last night OSCAR Results
I have a formal in office sleep study end of April. All bloodwork has came back with nothing out of character. So still trying to use my CPAP nightly. Nothing abnormal on my CT scan.

![]() Did you have an in-home sleep study already? If so, I doubt that you need another. You would do well to change your pressure range. Your median pressure is over 9 and you are bumping up against your upper pressure limit. It would be good to change your range to 9 to 17. If you don't feel good yet, that's pretty normal after just one month of therapy. For lots of people, it takes their body and mind a while to adjust to having a foreign object attached to their face and blowing air up their nose. It will get better. Again, welcome, and best wishes for achieving great therapy and comfort! ![]()

As said before, the upper pressure range is maxxing out. I've always set mine to maximum (25) and if it wants to go there then I let it. It's the minimum that can make the difference.
