Oral Applicance for Sleep Apnea
Hi,
I have been recently diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and am now using a CPAP machine.
It is definitely a struggle for me to use it but I haven't given up on it yet.
I am surprised by the lack of discussion on oral appliances as an alternative to CPAP machines on this board (admittedly I do not know if that is something that can be discussed here or not)
I did take a look at some sleep dentists websites to see what they offer and some seem like they are too good to be true.
I wanted to see what people on this board thinks about them.
I am not trying to stir up any controversy but I do see it where some people love them and some people don't and wanted to get some feedback.
Thanks!
