Hi Folks,

I found a Nonin pulse oximeter on eBay at a price I could stomach and decided to take the plunge. Pairing went smoothly, and I collected some data last night.

This morning, I loaded the data into OSCAR and was thrilled to see the O₂ data on my daily charts! I had always been uncertain about the precise time alignment of the Wellue O₂ with my CPAP (due to clock drift), but this eliminates that issue entirely.

Now, for my question: Under Oximeter Statistics, the Most Recent entry shows last night, with Total Days at 1 and Used Days at 0 (implying I didn’t wear a pulse oximeter last night). Additionally, no other statistics appear—everything is marked as “-”. Since I was indeed wearing the Nonin last night and the SpO₂ data appears in my daily charts, I expected to see oximeter statistics as well. 

Do I need to do something else, or is this feature not yet implemented?

As an aside, one thing I will miss about the Wellue is the report showing drops >3% and drops >4% with some summary statistics like time in low oxygen areas.

It is not implemented yet. Having an affordable SpO₂ module is relatively new.  It is being looked at in the OSCAR code.

I actually had another question on the topic. Since the stats aren't implemented yet, I was looking for a way to export my spo2 data from oscar, but the CSV Export Wizard does not include the spo2 data. Is there any way to do that? I'm trying to throw together a python script to create the %drop analysis report for me.

No. The data isn't implemented in the CSV export. You will need to read the EDF file to extract the data.
