Oscar stopped recording
Hello, I have my SD card in my machine. I haven't checked the files for awhile. I just got a new machine yesterday, installed the card and checked yesterdays sleep and saw the file. But all my other months aren't there, my last file was back in April. Anyone know why I lost the last 2 months?

An SD card is for one CPAP only. The CPAP's serial number is registered on the card. if the previous data was from another CPAP, then its data is registered to that CPAP's serial number, thus no longer active. Since you didn't copy your previous data to a dedicated folder on your PC, the data is basically gone. Unless the SD card in new and unused, you should always format it before ever using it in the new CPAP.
