P10 nasal 15mm connected to 19mm hose?
What hose setting is chosen, when main hose is standard size (19 mm) and you connect the Resmed P10 mask, which has a small slimline hose.
Do you need to set machine as 15mm or is the small length, of the P10 hose, not doing anything to the air pressure?

No, set it to the hose you are using. The small umbilical hose is part of the mask. Make sure the mask setting is set to "Pillows" for the P10.
