Periodic Breathing – is this cause for concern?
Had not so great sleep a couple nights ago and noticed periodic breathing. This is the second time periodic breathing has been observed in my reports. How should I be interpreting this? Is this cause for concern? Thanks.

That little bit of periodic breathing is not an issue. Longer periods on multiple nights maybe.

I tend to have that every night for an hour or so right after I go to bed but then it levels out and is "normal" the rest of the night. I have no idea why.
