RE: Question about machine
On the oxygen dropping aspect, has this been brought to your doctor's attention? There's only so much a standard CPAP, bilevel, even ASV machine, can do limited help to bring up oxygen levels. I would think it's restricted to the reduction in Apnea, which will increase potential oxygen intake.
What statistics do you have specific to your oxygen levels and desaturation? Is it dropping below 89% for 5 or more minutes? If so, one possible answer is supplemental oxygen, if it proves a medical necessity.

I am at an altitude that is over a mile high even with asv and titrating my oxigen levels drop. Does this mean I need to add oxygen? What are the steps you can take when asv fails.

You can try your Primary Care Physician first. Not even supplemental oxygen requires a specialist to order it.
Your elevated location is possibly partially at fault.
Some members here need both ASV and supplemental oxygen. The oxygen will be introduced into the ASV via an oxygen specific hose with a connection for the oxygen to enter.
Are you monitoring the oxygen level overnight with a recording pulse oximeter? If so, this info needs to be shown your doctor.
How much of an oxygen drop, and for how long? This will help determine the seriousness, but myself I'd label it a rather urgent need to be checked by the doctor, due to the affect on your sleep.

RE: Person - Therapy Help Thread
One thing I believe is also getting in the way of my therapy is I literally can’t use ahi. Mine was 6 to begin with. That was a year ago I have sense resolved my obstructive apneas via surgery. Besides posting and asking for help is their anything else I can do to monitor my therapy because I know for sure I am struggling to breathe because of central apneas and riras which ahi doesn’t include riras. My riras are 31 per hour

Last night was one of the better nights treatment wise I relized that I was focosing on my breathing before which was making insomnia way worse than it needs to be. I still woke up with a headache and my therapy was fair from purfect. I have an asv machine that I want to use but I am also scarred of hyperventilating. I notice that I am very prone to huper ventilating in general which is probably something that needs to be fixed on cpap, and I am not sure how to do that. Here iink my sleephq data from last night along with pictures. I believe I need to use a machine that isn't a auto cpap machine that I used to last night but my question is where should I go. https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_l...c3511ebe96

If you could please collapse the calendar at the left top of the OSCAR, that would allow all of your statistics to be shown instead. And those stats may give up more information.
