Phillips Dreamwear Full Face... The cloth piece of the frame is irritating in the back. It rests on my neck just above my upper back. ANy advice to make it more comfortable?  Thanks

What size frame are you using? Might try a frame smaller than what you are using. I find the large to be more comfortable than the standard, you might find the small a better fit.

I have this mask as well, but am not currently using it.  You could try to put some foam or some soft (non irritating) material between the irritating cloth piece of the frame and your neck as a buffer.  Silk or satin for example (material). The soft, glasses cleaning cloths can work as well.
