Playing didgeridoo as adjunctive for sleep apnea/UARS?
One study found playing didgeridoo helpedone study found playing a double reed instrument was associated with lower risk and one study found playing wind instruments was not associated with risk for sleep apnea/UARS.

Has anybody tried playing the didgeridoo to help with sleep apnea/UARS?
Nothing I post is medical advice and should not be taken as such, always consult a medical professional for guidance.

Never played a didgeridoo. I know playing the ukulele doesn’t seem to help.

I think the didgeridoo study was discussed years ago.

Yes, I practice with the Digeridoo as part of a more comprehensive set of exercises for my tongue and throat.
The exercises definitely do help.

I'll cross ukulele off my list of things to try.
