Please help a new desperate bipap user who's titiration is gonna take 15 days
Hi all, So ive been a cpap user for more than 10 years without much issue, but this past year ive struggled quite a lot. im one of those very low AHI yet waking up very tired patients. My doctor diagnosed a bipap and I just had a titiration study. The lab will take 15 days to give me the results for some reason. however already have the bipap and used it last night but im certain it needs some tweaking. I dont really understand much about this and is my first time posting here just started using Oscar for the past week and this is my screenshot from last night. I feel definitely better than ive felt with cpap lately but not at my best I am desperate and have a kid that needs me at my best. so please if there is any advice you can give to tweak the settings it is greatly appreciated.

I assume you took a SWAG at what to use and selected the current settings. Let us try something a bit more structured than guessing.
Try the following as a starting point. Mode VPAPauto EPAPmin 5 IPAPmax 15 PS 4 No ramp That should give us some data to go on and folks can help adjust things from there.

Yeah pretty much when I woke up in the morning after the study the sleep tech told me thats the pressure she set up so I just put the same. and left everything else at default.

Yes, leave those be.
The tech did the best she could with the information available. Fair play.
