Please help analyze OSCAR data. CPA or UARS?

Please help analyze OSCAR data. CPA or UARS?
I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea on Lofta. However, I suspected I have UARs d/t lower AHI (5.1) and higher RDI (25). I got a BiPAP machine for this reason.

I used it last night and my AHI seemed to increase. Would appreciate support analyzing this data and recommendations for settings to optimize my sleep!

Also, not sure if I actually have central sleep apnea that the Lofta test couldn’t pick up on?

Everyone has a unique sensitivity to CO2, and bilevel is a bit more aggressive in its removal. You're likely cycling because of pressures that are too aggressive for your individual physiology. Some of it may subside with time, which is common, but you likely need to reduce your PS, at least in the short term. If you bought the machine used, then I recommend defaulting the other settings to begin.
