Welcome to the forum,

Can you post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted?
Show these charts, press F12 for a screenshot or Fn F12 for a mac
Event Flags
Flow rate
Leak Rate
Flow limits
Pressure
Resp Rate or tidal volume, not Snore or AHI or time in AHI
We need to see the device settings.
You are having positional apnea.  You can see positional apnea where either Hypopnea or OA events are clustered together. Positional apnea can NOT be controlled by pressure changes.  You have to find out what position you are getting into and cutting off your own airway.  Have you changed your sleep position?  Sleeping on your back?  Using more (or new) pillows?  These things can cause positional apnea by chin dropping to your sternum and cutting your airway.  Think of it of a kinked hose – nothing can get through – you have to unkink the hose…
You may need a soft cervical collar.

Are you on any medications that affect your breathing or sleep?
Do you have any health issues that  affect your breathing or sleep
Your pressure is too low for an adult.
Try 7 - 11 cm for a few nights.

I just got a soft cervical collar. I am a back sleeper.  I will raise pressure to 7-12 and post back in a couple days.

If ramp is on, set it for at least 7 cm.
Hope you have a good sleep.

That is way too low for an adult.

Ramp needs to be set to 5 or 10 minutes and ramp pressure to 7 cm

Gary, the first page of your chart needs to show the following, and only the following, in the order listed:

Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limits

We need to be able to read to the bottom of the flow limits.  Thanks! Smile
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
