Please review my Oscar charts
Hello I have been using my cpap machine for approx 3 months now and looking for advice on optimising settings. I started with automatic pressures but after first month was moved to set pressure based upon the 95th percentile reading. Have attached a fairly representative reading. thanks for your help.

You still have a lot of flow limitation. The pressure probably isn't high enough. You are showing mostly CA though. A zoom may reveal if those are actually centrals or falsely flagged after arousals. Pressure will not help true centrals. Did you have CA on your sleep study?

Reduce sugar and processed food Soft collar and seal your mouth

I didn't receive a copy of my sleep study, I will need to follow that up to check.
