RE: BiPap air pressure question
The big cluster of UA is positional obstructive apnea during a period of high leaks. Positional issues (chin-tucking) remain a problem along with leaks. This is going to sound unconventional, but let's reduce EPAP pressure to 9.0 and maximum pressure to 17.0 I'd rather see some comfort, and the only time he seems to need the higher pressure is during clusters of positional apnea.
