First, I just want to thank the community here at Apnea Board. Due to the advice I have received here and from the information in the many other threads I have reviewed, I'm finally getting good results and feel like my PAP therapy is working. After being diagnosed four years ago, I had basically given up on PAP therapy and concluded that it was just a scam to get me (or my insurance) to spend a lot of money on medical equipment and supplies. So thank you to everyone who offers their experience and advice to help the rest of us who are still struggling!
Good results are good, but there is always room for improvement, so my question today is on what OSCAR is telling me about Time at Pressure. With the graph below being so heavily weighted at the low end, does this mean that I should drop the lower threshold a little? It seems like a distribution of pressures in auto mode over the course of a night's sleep should look more like a normal bell curve. Or is that a non-issue as long as events and arousals are kept low?
