[Pressure] Eihsuls - Therapy Help Thread

Eihsuls - Therapy Help Thread
Hi everyone!

I recently got an Airsense 10 with a p30i mask as a first time APAP user. I've been following advice from some threads like:
- Follow the median with the min pressure
- Using the 95% pressure as a guide for the max pressure

I was wondering if my numbers are right for me and if I changed them too rapidly during this week of use. I'm still getting a fair bit of CAs and my OAs are inconsistent but my settings have also been changing often so that could be the reason.

If anybody can help me interpret the data from my most recent nights, please share your thoughts and help me get better sleep!
Thank you in advance!

You are having quite a lot of leaks. Are you using any kind of chinstrap or mouth taping?

Welcome

Your pressure range is not meeting your needs.  I suggest you set your pressure range to 11 to 17.  Then we can see how it goes.

Your chart needs a little fix.  The easiest way to do that is to press the F12 key (FN+F12 for Mac) when you copy the chart.  That usually works to set it up correctly.  You need to end up with the following in the order listed on the page you post:

Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limits

Again, welcome, and best wishes for achieving great therapy and comfort!  Smile
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto

I've been struggling with taping my mouth fully sealed. I used 3m micropore paper tape which moistened while I was asleep and lost the adhesion which is often why the leaks occurred later into the night. I recently bought some cover roll stretch tape which seems to hold a lot better so I'll be testing that in the coming days.

I tried using the F12 function in the included screenshots and that was the result. I'll try taking better ones when I can.

I've followed some advice from Reddit that helped me narrow my pressure settings which gave me the impression that having a tighter pressure setting let's the machine worker better.

Do you mind sharing your thoughts on how you know the pressure settings aren't the best for me?

Thanks for the tips everyone!

I think I got my mask leaks a lot more under control albeit there are still a couple mask leak spikes. I raised my minimum pressure and maximum pressure and attached are the 3 most recent nights.

Can anyone interpret the data and help me understand if the most recent night was due to too high of a pressure or a statistical outlier.

Cheers
