[Pressure] Help With Cpap

Help With Cpap
Hi guys. I'm 27 years old, 78kg, 1.78cm and I was diagnosed with severe apnea in the middle of last year.

Since then I've been trying to use CPAP, but to no avail. I've often had problems with interrupted sleep, with the exception of the first night, when I slept without waking up.

Below are some of Oscar's data. Could you tell me the best settings so that I can perhaps sleep through the night and wake up rested? Thanks for your help.

Your apnea's are well controlled. But your pressure is spiking to take care of the elevated Flow Limitations. So it could be the big pressure rise that is disrupting your sleep. You went from 5cm to nearly 13cm. That is a 200% pressure increase.

You could experiment by raising your minimum to 8 and see how that works. Most adults will feel starved for air at 7cm or less.

I was lucky to have visited Portugal. Drove from the north (porto) down to Peniche and on to Sagres. Wonderful place Portugal.

So you are used to seeing the Ryan Air air planes coming in and out of Porto.
