[Pressure] Mild apnea, high pressure?

Mild apnea, high pressure?

Hi guys! This is my first time posting here, so I'm not sure how this all works. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and the doctor prescribed a CPAP (no APAP) with a pressure of 8. No titration study was done, so this was a pure guess. It is a prisma machine, so not supported by OSCAR, but I found another program that does the same stuff. The pressure of 8 didn't feel like it was helping me, so I kept raising the pressure. I'm now at 12, but when I look at my breathing in the program it looks like I'm still having RERA's/hypopneas during what I guess is REM sleep. The rest of the night looks fine, except for REM. I know REM breathing is supposed to look different, but is this normal?
