Not sure if I should adjust pressure?
    So I seem to be all over the map with a good night here and there.  Random large leaks, some nights are pretty ok and almost no leaks.  I do tape my mouth.....honestly tho, after 2.5 months of consistent use, I don't feel any better.  Still tired during the day, defiantly could nap, given the opportunity! ?  Thanks for any advice.....

Hi Nucks,

Your AHI looks pretty low but the "flow limitations" may be bit more of an issue.

If you haven't already you might want to have a look into UARS - a kind of umbrella term for sleep disordered breathing caused by "flow limitations".

It quite possible to have OSA and UARS. OSA is easy to spot (breathing stops / blood oxygen falls).  "Flow limitations"/UARS has no equivalent tell-tale sign.

From my own personal journey, increasing pressure has minimal impact on them. The thing that makes the difference is the difference between inhale and exhale pressure. I see you've already set EPR to 3 - which is as far as a normal CPAP machine will go. The next step would be a couple of nights with EPR 0 to see if your flow limits get worse (that is the 95% number of 0.10 goes up). If it does then you can consider heading towards a bilevel machine which allows a greater difference between inhale and exhale pressure.

In addition to Dave's excellent comments, I would just add that most people need at least 7 hours of actual sleep, which usually means at least 7.5 hours in bed. You may actually need more sleep to feel rested. I certainly do.
