[Pressure] Same pressure produced best and worst AHI. BiPAP hasn't been helping.

Dave, this is really interesting. I will look into it more and see if I can figure it out. Will let you know if I have any questions thanks! As I keep raising my pressures and varying PS combinations, I wonder if the higher pressures could be causing my arousals that don't seem to be correlated with obvious FL shapes. However, my tidal volumes still seem on the low side (5'9 male) so I am unsure if that is the case. Any thoughts?

Uncle Bill, are you making a semantic argument or am I missing your point?

RE: Same pressure produced best and worst AHI. BiPAP hasn't been helping.
I have been steadily increasing my EPAP and varying my PS (from 2-7) but still am struggling with seemingly random arousals. I have normal looking flow rates then have recovery/volatile breaths that eventually lead to CAs.  After a period of volatility my flow rate normalizes and then this pattern repeats. Increasing trigger to very high resolves these CA markings but not the preceding arousals. Is this an issue with high loop gain? I am waiting for shipment of supplies to trial EERS. I've recently tried lower PS of 2 to see if that helps balance co2 while being mindful of FLs but those don't look to bad, I think? I slept 13 hours two nights ago and 9 hours last night but have still been fatigued. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Did you find a resolution to this? I'm struggling with a very similar flow graph...
