Pressure Settings - Is This As Good As It Gets for Me?

This is opposite of what we usually see.  It may have been the higher pressure, not so much EPR.

Since you state that you have a hard time breathing out against pressure, I have to ask if you've been diagnosed with any lung issues?
The use of EPR 3 should make it easier to breathe out against pressure.

You seem to be concerned with the CA's more so than the Obstructives.
Unfortunately, it's usually a balancing act, because settings that may help with Obstructives could in some folk aggravate CA's.

You have to find the pressure that feels most comfortable, and not go by numbers so much.  I would rather settle for a few CA's and less Obstructives.

I've never had any diagnosis of lung issues. Always wondered if I had a slight case of asthma, but never asked for a diagnosis. Both my kids have asthma though.

As for CA vs OA, both disrupt my sleep. I've been trying to walk that fine line in between the two in order to find where I get the best sleep. I think taking APAP out of the equation might help by eliminating one variable.

For now I'll just keep making small adjustments and see what works and feels best. Tonight, I think I'll try 12, EPR2 and see what that does. If CA's really kick up, maybe I'll switch to 12 and 3.
