Also as an aside, I didn't realize the AirSense 10 AutoSet does not capture FL, VS, and VS2 events. Is the DreamStation just a better machine for data logging, does anyone know more about this? Does the DreamStation have a microphone in it to capture VS and VS2 events?
RE: my AHI score increased over 100% when I raised pressure by 1cm, why?
It looks like your pressure is a little higher than you or your APAP would like it to be. Over the last 6 months you had a 90% pressure of 10.34cmh20. This is the pressure your machine is at most of the time. Typically, the common wisdom around here is to set your min pressure 2cmh20 below that. When you had your min at 8 you were getting similar (though slightly higher) results. Typically when I make even minute adjustments in pressure (even just the min pressure) it will take a while to settle down, so I would just accept that as within the margin of error. In the last week you went up to 9cmh20 and it jumped, and then you went to 10 and it jumped even higher. I would recommend just taking it back down to 8 and staying there for now, you were getting really solid results there. So I don't know why an increase in minimum pressure was even desirable in the first place. Of course, go with your gut. If you felt better on 9 or 8.5 than you did on 8, keep it there. But strictly from the data 10 looks just a little too high in your minimum pressure.
RE: my AHI score increased over 100% when I raised pressure by 1cm, why?
Look at the bottom of the statistics page and note that the best settings are shaded in green.
That should give an indication of where you need to be.
Also, compare the pressure graph with the events graph (daily page). That will show you why and when the pressure increases.
Typically, Flow Limitations, Rera’s and Snores will cause the pressure to rise.
Note: I would turn off the VS2 flag as no one can really say what it is flagging.
Next time you post, include the Daily Page along with all the statistics on the left side bar. It makes it easier to compare events with the graphs to see why the pressure is increasing or not.
Mostly, your numbers are good, and as long as your feel good, there is no need to change pressures so much.

RE: my AHI score increased over 100% when I raised pressure by 1cm, why?
Could it be that I'm entering a deeper stage of sleep then before? I was previously having some issues with feeling like I was suffocating at the lower pressure settings. When I increased the pressure, readjusted my mask straps, and added breathe right nasal strips these three things helped to eliminate that problem. Before I was arousing repeatedly in the morning hours with mask leaks and feeling like I wasn't getting enough air flow, and now I'm not waking up except to go to the bathroom. Also I've slept an average of 59 minutes longer the last 7 days relative to the last 30 day average.

Of course, feeling like you were suffocating would not allow you to feel relaxed enough to go into a deep sleep. You’ve overcome that, so you may be starting to sleep a little longer.
Give it some time as your are new to this. It looks like your headed in the right direction.
