Problem installing Sleepyhead 9.8 - comes up German?
I am trying to install the beta 9.8 version of Sleepyhead from this link

I have a 64 bit PC, but can run 32bit programs. I have two problems that may be related to my computer, or the download sites. Can't tell.
1. When I bring up this link there are apparent links that say "latest version" These are not clickable for me.
2. The ones that are clickable come up in German language when I install them. I have tried all the PC files.
If it matters the folders are in English. I am offered two versions, "open GL" and "Broken GL" but both are in German when I click on them.
There is a folder with language files, like "english.qm" whatever that is.
Thought it might be my computer deciding to open all programs in German (you never know!) so I DL the regular 9.6 version of Sleepyhead, and and comes up in English.
