Problem trying to use Transcend software
Trying to use Sommenex Transcend software. Keeps telling me "device not connected". Using Windows 10, USB cable supplied. Sure there is power as the motor starts up when I push the power button. Ideas?

Hopefully someone can help with this.
In the meantime, take a look at this post in the Private Files & Links forum: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...PAP-System In that post is a link to the Somnetics website page for the software, and there's both a User Manual and a Clinician Manual for the software-- those may provide some insight for you (not sure). Also, make sure you've downloaded the correct software package... one is for the USA and the other for outside the USA.
