I'll add that EPR is a comfort feature on the Resmed machines that means "exhale pressure relief". It actually can help to reduce hypoponea, flow limitation and RERA and keep maximum pressures lower. With the settings suggested by Jaswilliams, your starting pressure would be a very low 7/4 (inhale/exhale) and would be able to climb as high as 20/17 if needed. The Resmed does a good job in most cases of not increasing pressure unless needed, however, I would recommend a maximum pressure of 14 cm, which would result in a pressure of 14/11 with EPR. So my modified suggestion is 7.0 minimum, 14.0 maximum with EPR 3.
