Problems with DreamMapper app

Problems with DreamMapper app
Philips Respironics has done it again.

This morning, Dreammapper (version 2.35.1, last released 10 months ago) failed to launch on my iPhone iOS 18.3.1. The app informs me that it is an obsolete version and that I need to download the latest version from the App Store. That version doesn't exist there.

They've managed to code into the app an obsolescence time without adequately preparing for a new software update and release.

Reddit reports that there is a new version (v. 3.0) but it's not available yet; some have indicated a release for Tuesday, 2/25. My e-mail contact with Philips tech support tells me that a new version is being released today (2/24/2025).

In the meantime, the app is hopelessly broken because of a botched rollout.

Problems with DreamMapper app
Anyone having problems with the DreamMapper app? I’m getting an error message that my app is obsolete and I need to download the newest version from the App Store. When I do that, I still get the same error message.

Luckily you can still see your data if you sign in on the website. How frustrating!

Same issue here using ios. There appears to be no new version of the app. Hopefully someone will chime in on this matter and provide guidance.
