RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
So today - I go to connect and, of course, it doesn't. So I uninstall the app and reinstall it: and now it says I'm using the wrong password which is impossible.
I"m able to login at the website using the same password and on another older phone: but not my new one.
Nothing changed.
It worked earlier last week then, as usual, stopped connecting.
So now I'm waiting until the weekend to go through the hassle of reconnecting and now....it gives me a password error.
RI- DIC - U - LOUS!!!
Congrats Phillipe - you absolutely trashed this app.

Mod: isn't THIS the "Dreammapper thread?"
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I called Phillips. They called me back the next day, had them remove both CPAP machines, added my secondary CPAP as primary, uploaded the data, then removed the secondary CPAP, and put my Dreamstation 2 back as the primary device.
It's painful bc if you miss Phillips returned call you are out of luck, but it did work and my sleep data is uploaded.

I'm confused by your post. They removed both machines: was the DS2 your primary or your secondary? Which machine did you add as secondary to primary?
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
Good morning, Is anyone getting any response from the Phillips DreamMapper support? I called the support number on 2025/03/26 and, after 5 hour delay, received a call back where they simply created a ticket number and engineering ticket number. Two days later, I sent an email with the two ticket numbers with no reply. I included the DreamStation 2 AutoCPAP Advanced serial number. This was a request to simply reset my password to the website/App as neither will send me a code (Junk Mail and Spam folders checked). I expect they are seriously overloaded with issues over the god-awful 3.0 App upgrade from hell. It feels that the device and App are no longer supported which is concerning as it it a medical device.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I am stunned - for the first time since this new app appeared - it ACTUALLY updated my numbers this morning without having to uninstall the app; delete the BT connection from the device ...it just ... 'worked'.
NOW - let's see what happens tomorrow...
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
Here's an update from my neck of the woods. In the beginning I couldn't make my new machine the primary device so I had to make it secondary. It won't allow me to move it to primary as I can't seem to delete either device outright nor will it allow me to delete a serial number. It constantly tells me that serial number is already in use. And so it can't do the sync automatically every day as it only does this for the primary device. I hope I'm making sort of sense here as nothing else does.
I just called tech support at 7:00PM EDT on a Wednesday night and was told that due to high demand they couldn't take my call...*

Phillips is now on par with my DME.
Can you just imagine the poor working stiff in tech support who has to listen to one victim after another?
Wait, I can hear it coming. Log out, delete the app, reinstall, doesn't fix it...
