Problems with DreamMapper app

Just great…

Finally, Philips has managed to roll-out v. 3.0.1 which is now on the Apple App Store. 

It hopeless and repeated crashes after briefly displaying a initial screen. And, I have restarted my iPhone just for grins. No go.

Tech support has been notified, but nothing back from them. We shall see.

So much for being a day late and a euro short with this tardy, "Award-winning design".  Sheesh.

So the good news is that the new version of the app just dropped. The bad news is when you try to log on it just shuts down.

Yes, same result here. Downloaded the new version of the app. IOS. It allowed my credentials to be entered. Now crashes immediately.

As a follow up, I contacted Philips customer support with a link to this thread. Maybe someone will respond with a resolution?

Interesting that the app does not crash if the phone is placed in airplane mode. As soon as the cellular data is enabled the app crashes. Currently not connected to WiFi so unsure if that will work properly.

Same here.

Phillips sent me an e-mail to download new dreammapper app. But the new app was not available.

Just about a hour ago, Apple listed a new update for the Phillips Dreammapper app.  Downloaded and installed it.  Now the app just opens and closes, nothing else.  Can't see any data from app and this is the first app problem in 5 years.

Also, checked on my Bluetooth devices on iphone 13 pro and Phillips dreamstation 2 was not even listed.

Hope Phillips fixes this soon.  People are depending on this app.

Wow!

I found it hidden in section 15.3.2.2 of the Dreammapper User Guide (under Learn).
On the home page click on the head icon to go to your profile.
Click on Therapy device.
Click on the Primary device serial number.
Click on Device sync.

It should not be this hard.
It should just work!
The documentation should be easy to find!

How do you get to the homepage of the app of the app crashes when you load it?

I have the same problem.  I deleted the app & reinstalled from the App Store. I don’t even get the obsolete message.  The app opens for a split second, then glitches & closes.  I haven’t been able to see my sleep apnea episodes for two days so far.

Exactly the same problems with version 3.0.1 as described above using iOS 18.3.1 on an iPhone 13 Pro: immediate crash, despite clearing/deleting, re-downloading, and rebooting repeatedly. Very disappointing, after multiple days with the previous 2.35.1 not working.

Looking forward to words of wisdom, and/or an updated, working version of Dream Mapper!
