Problems with DreamMapper app
#31
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I have determined that if you're quick, you can choose "Week" rather than the default choice of "Day." That seems to prevent the immediate crash.

While using the app, however, if you then choose Day or Month, the crashes are nearly immediate.

I can get the app to Sync, but the results are uncertain unless I can dig into the Day display.

I, too, have notified tech support…

RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I was able to Download the latest version (Android) 3.01.306 and it worked but is not completely functional. Also it looks like they removed the Bar Chart readout and went with a text variant with daily, weekly, or monthly numbers. For me, the Bar Chart was much more useful as it shows a graphical average at a glance.

RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
Thanks much for the tip and it does work if your fast/quick enough.  When Dreammaper app starts, press on the "Week" button and it should let you in the app without closing quickly.

Took several times but it finally opened and stayed open.

Problem now is that the bluetooth connection between the Dream Station 2 and the iphone 13 pro no longer exists, so the device sync will not work.

According to help/support instructions, I will need to uninstall the app that I just installed Sad  I'm hesitant because there's a message that if I uninstall the Dreammapper app that I will lose data.  Great another problem to deal with.

Anyone else having the same issue?  Appreciate all responses.

Take Care everyone.

Thanks again.

If I can please ask if you can post the tech support number, just in case.  Do you also know if users can e-mail customer/tech support?

Seems I've also may have lost my password.

This is just an outsider's observation, but appears that if Phillips isn't shooting themselves in the foot, they wouldn't be doing anything.

Try going into your profile and then select:
Profile
Therapy device
Primary device
Device sync

When I did this, I was able to capture historical data except for the three days when the last app was down. I can’t figure out how to capture that.

RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
First off, I have two things to say to everyone: "hello" and "ditto".  Smile

I also have something useful to share. I just did a Google search on "dreammapper" and without looking closely I just clicked on the first link to a Phillips site. I ended up at a log-in for the mobile version of the site instead of the main one (note the URL). Guess what it says?

Does this look familiar? Is the old app incompatible with a server-side change and throwing some generic error message?  Thinking-about

RE: Problems with DreamMapper app

The new version v.3.0.1 fails to launch. They took off the version alert, but the app gives you a greeting screen for an instant before closing.
