RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I have v3.0.1.232 running on an iPhone 16 with iOS 18.3.1
I wonder if users with older iPhones have more issues than newer ones due to the amount of memory (RAM) in the phone.
I have a hearing aid app that was updated and then was problematic on my iPhone XR.
Once I upgraded to an iPhone 16 the issues went away.
We wouldn’t be surprised, would we, if Philips only tested using new phones
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
Send me an iPhone 16. I'll beta test it for them.
No data since the 23rd. At least the machine is working—for now.

RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I'm still using an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 18.3.1. The Dreammapper app works—for values of marginally, barely, and fitfully—if one starts the app quickly enough by choosing the "Week" option before it crashes.
I can successfully sync with my primary DS 2 using the kludgy app. (I haven't dragged out my backup DS to confirm that it syncs as well, but the serial numbers are in place and I suspect it will work as well.) And—now that I've learned that <https://www.mydreammapper.com/> exists—I can successfully inquire of my sleep status without popping out my SIM card and launching a copy of Oscar on my Macbook Pro. It's very unsatisfactory, but it works.
There is nothing positive that I can say about this absolute failure to launch. I blame Philips Respirontics for this textbook example of how NOT to launch a new version of Dreammapper.
To this day, I still marvel that Philips can't push out updates and new releases using Apple's App Store. …like any other reasonably competent tech company on the planet.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
I totally agree....they made the new version "Total User Un-Friendly".....now I have to reconnect every morning? and the sync not always works....really Bad app.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
Checked the app just now. For me it is not crashing on the daily setting. Or any setting for that matter. The app still fails to upload the latest data from the Dreamstation via Bluetooth.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
As others have said, the iOS app does not crash on launch anymore. It will sync with my dreamstation 2 if I tap the profile icon, select therapy device, select sync now (sync takes more than two minutes to complete). After this all I get is zeros for every day starting February 22. Also, March 1 is mislabeled February 1.

You beat me to it. I have a screenshot just in case anyone
isn't seeing this.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
First successful, relatively hassle free sync today. So, things have improved. Mucho hassle for minimum improvement.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
Philips released an app update today via IOS.
RE: Problems with DreamMapper app
The update just turned up about thirty seconds after I went to the App Store. Seems to be working so far.
