@Sleeprider, I gave that N30i strap a try for the P10 and it did not stay in place the entire night. I must just be too active. 
I would really recommend you try the Nuance Pro if you haven't. The swivel action on it helps keep it in place whereas the P10 just has too much hose weight pulling at it.

Have you included some sort of hose management, hose hanger, something of that sort? It'll keep the hose out of the way, and it'll also support it so the weight isn't on the mask itself.

SleepFoo, You should review the Nuance Pro in the Review Forum. How does the vent noise compare with the P10?
