Question on OSCAR Stats
I want to thank you in advance for helping me.  I am looking to optimize my numbers to ensure I am not overlooking anything.  I've read the OSCAR wiki but remain a but confused on what is normal/what is not and what to do about it.  To preface my numbers, I am a side sleeper using a nasal mask.  My AHI at diagnosis and not using a CPAP was 62.  My AHI now that I have been on it for awhile ranges from 1.5-4(ish).  I was reading that more important than AHI is flow limitation, which should be close to 1.  Mine is at 7.  Do my numbers look okay or do I need to tweak some things?
