RESMED S9 Smart Stop does not work

CPAP Pressure: 5-15
CPAP Software: Not using software

RE: RESMED S9 Smart Stop does not work
When I disconnect the mask hose from the slimline tube the auto off function works. 

  I have a nasal pillow mask and settings range 5-15 so if I just rip my mask off my face…lol the auto off doesn’t work at all.   Keep the mask ON and disconnect the hose further down for auto off shutoff to work.
